White Mountain Wreath ships products via Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery within the contiguous United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or to countries outside the United States. FedEx will send a shipping notification to the email you provided with your order as soon as the package ships. The shipping notification includes a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. When you place your order, you must provide a physical address for shipping if your billing address is a P.O. Box.
White Mountain Wreath does not specify nor guarantee specific delivery dates.
Holiday wreaths made from fresh evergreen boughs will ship between the Monday of Thanksgiving week and the second Saturday in December. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order will be shipped within this time frame; however, delays due to weather or supply availability issues are beyond our control and could affect the shipping time frame. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, if you would like to receive your order by a specific date, please include a note when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot promise delivery before Thanksgiving.
In-stock everlasting grapevine wreaths will ship within two business days after your order is placed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern time will be considered placed on the next business day.
Multiple items from a single order may ship out on different dates. Additionally, items from the same order may deliver on different dates, even if they were shipped on the same date. Since each item is shipped in a separate box, each item will have a different tracking number.
Free shipping is included on all of the products we offer at White Mountain Wreath. Discounts may be available for certain items when you order in bulk through our Corporate Gifts program; however, Corporate Gifts pricing is not available for online orders.
Shipping to a Different Address
You may ship your order to a different address (for example, to ship as a gift or if your billing address is different than your physical address). Please note that only one shipping address is allowed per order. So if you are ordering multiple items to ship to different addresses, you must place a separate order for each shipping address.
If your order is shipping as a gift, you can also enter a message to the gift recipient. Please note that any emojis or special characters you place in the gift message cannot be read by our online order system and will not be included on the final packing slip sent in the package.
Always double check the information you’ve entered on the checkout screen to ensure it is correct. White Mountain Wreath is not responsible for additional charges or failed deliveries due to incorrect information you have supplied, such as an incorrect shipping address.
